Great case study highlighting the timeline and progress. Good for users to understand the process. Whilst i think the timeline and earnings is great, it would be nice to understand the financials behind it as well. For instance people going on this journey will be watching the spend whilst trying to grow that monthly revenue and i get the sense that the costs for this can be quite high and potentially all up front. Please correct me on my following assumptions.

I expect that if it has not already happened, this book will end up on the reading list of every MBA marketing curriculum. So you better get it now before it starts commanding a textbook price. No, really,this book is seriously underpriced and is one of the best educational values in the affiliate marketing space. Geno Prussakov is a highly respected member of the affiliate marketing community and an internationally recognized expert in the field. His writing style is clear and precise without being intellectually overbearing. Though I have never met or spoken with Geno, I hope to be able to "pick his brain" in the not too distant future. This is not a book on Affiliate Program Management theory. It is a hands on practical guide.

You can sell affiliate stuff if you did not use the stuff but a high, high, high, really high level of clarity is required to do this. Most bloggers lack this clarity. I recall Tony Robbins selling/being an affiliate for a $25K coaching class. Never took it. Never sat in it. But the guy made millions. He had full clarity in selling without seeing. So he rocked out the selling.

In the first email I first send them the link to the lead magnet a second time (the excuse to email them) and ask them if they saw the offer (affiliate link). I then go on and give a bullet point list of why I think they should get it as well as maybe 1 testimonial to give it credibility and start easing into the emotional realm. I'll usually finish with a question, opening a loop making them want to open the next email.
Will my target audience realistically spend this amount for the product? Again, your reputation is on the line here. Is the product you are thinking of promoting priced reasonably for your audience? When I was writing my ebook, I was stuck on pricing. I asked around for opinions. A number of people suggested I price my ebook at $47! Their idea was to price according to value, not size. In my mind that was crazy. My network was composed of a lot of stay-at-home bloggers, and my collective audience was comprised mostly of people without a whole lot of disposable income. There was no way anyone was going to pay $47 for my 30-page ebook.
Don’t exhaust all the information about the product with your link. Offer enough information to your readers so they know what the link is, but I don’t recommend giving too much detail on your own site for a two reasons. First, product information, like price, often changes. If you mention the price on your site and someone clicks over and finds a different price, it’s confusing. Second, many times, the product details and features are better explained by the makers of the product. It’s best to stick to your own experience on your site.
If you want to become an affiliate marketer, you're going to need an audience. You can start by promoting your products in online discussion communities relevant to what you're promoting, like Reddit or 4Chan, but check each website's policies first to see if they prohibit affiliate links. If they don't, start building trust within these groups by contributing often, then post your links! Alternatively, you could also try your hand at writing. E-books and online articles are both great places to promote products!
You can make your own decision about which hosting plan to sign up for, but I highly recommend just going with the BASIC plan. If this is your first affiliate marketing website, the basic plan gives you everything you need and you can always upgrade this plan later on. However, if you feel more comfortable with a higher plan, by all means, feel free.
It’s so legit that I will likely be back to this site for future reviews for my purchases. It really gains your trust with the photos and videos even though you know they are making money through the affiliate commissions. Plus they buy all the products themselves and never accept any products from the manufacturer to maintain objectivity, but when you bring in 3.1 million visitors per month, you can buy a few items to review.
