I, too, have always looked at ClickBank as a secondary and even tertiary monetization source. But it can be a great sources of revenue. I linked one of my articles to a related product on CB, and without really doing promotion or anything unusual, I get a few sales a week. Mind you, the keyword(s) for the post aren't that huge either. So, even though the traffic not huge on that post, it still manages to get some sales.
You don’t necessarily have to have a huge site or lots of traffic. Consider emailing an affiliate program’s contact person (look for contact info on the site or in affiliate newsletters) if you send a lot of leads their way, rank well in the search engines for a related keyword or have a high conversion rate. In the past, many affiliate marketers focused on a catch-all approach, offering traffic up to hundreds or thousands of sites, even if they had little authority or traffic to give. But in 2018, advertisers will laser their focus into smaller groups of highly credible, targeted, and popular influencers. To map your strategy, focus on a few key influencers in your industry. Start with them, then nail your niche before expanding outward.

Does your affiliate site disclose that you own some of the products that it is promoting (the private label ones that you are selling through Amazon FBA). I was looking for a book on how to make money with clickbank as a vendor (I want to create my own course) and most of the publications seemed pretty scammy (probably cheaply outsourced) with no real info. I then came across this book, and googled the author, it turned out he is a successful internet marketer and as youtube shows- a real human being. This is why I decided to give this book a shot-even though I was originally more interested in creating my own program rather than affiliate marketing. I read it in one hour and learned a lot, it gave me many useful ideas to monetize my blog. The author also includes his e-mail for FAQ. This is a real book, because trust me- when you browse kindle books from this niche, most of them are scam and spam. I finally found something useful. Very well-written you can also tell that this author is a great copywriter and understand his audience. No fluff.
